Woollahra House

When embarking on this project the 1930s Woollahra villa and extensive property including swimming pool and tennis court was in a state of disrepair, requiring a complete restoration. Demolition works were undertaken to gut the interior and refurbish the exterior façade. The internal works included new Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas over three levels connected by a stunning yet complex timber elliptical stair. The interiors and the black modern steel windows, balconies and railings merged with the original building fabric bringing the villa new life.
