Lachlan Lynch Constructions specialises in the building and renovation of architecturally custom designed houses and corporate fit-outs. With an excellent success rate to date we pride ourselves on having built a reputation for delivering high quality work whilst offering a professional and personalised service, since 1996.
We are a team of competent trades people lead by Mark Lynch, Licensed Builder, with an established network of trusted contractors and access to specialist consultants within the building industry. Our experience and professional contacts ensures that issues arising during the course of the project can be resolved and dealt with expeditiously, allowing for a smooth and efficient build process.
We approach each project collaboratively and work closely with the clients and architects to realise their dreams and designs respectively. We consider ourselves both accommodating and flexible. As a result we have been very successful in establishing strong client and architect relationships. Our consistent flow of work is commonly the result of satisfied clients and architects inviting us back for repeat work or referring us onto others.
