A contemporary renovation to an existing Victorian era house.  Alterations and additions involved internal renovations to the existing house and an extensive three storey rear addition with associated pool plus landscaping works. The existing style is however not replicated per se.  Instead a clever balance is struck between the existing and the new. The construction and detailing are modern yet respectful of the heritage of the house.
